Brandon Di Miceli

My name is Brandon Di Miceli, I’ve been doing CrossFit for 5 years now and coaching for a little over 3 years. CrossFit Fullerton has been my first and only CrossFit gym I’ve been a part of which says a lot about the culture here. I first got into CrossFit after trying to do functional fitness type workouts at a regular globo gym but frequently got weird looks from people and space was always limited. I personally love the competitive culture of what CrossFit offers which allows me to relive my youth days of competitive sports. CrossFit Fullerton specifically is hands down the most supportive community I’ve ever been involved in, I spend more time at the gym with our members than I do with my own family. CrossFit Fullerton is more than my home gym, it’s my way of life.

FAVORITE COACHING MOMENT: starting classes with gratitude. I don’t always make the time to do it but when we circle up and acknowledge things we’re grateful for before a class it sets the tone for the day and keeps spirits high.
