BIO

I was introduced to CrossFit 11 years ago. I didn’t know what it was at first and when I finally saw a video I had no interest because my only experience was a traditional commercial type gym.  My thought was “why would I need to flip a tire or carry a sandbag?  How is that even practical to real life?”  I was encouraged to try it out but I was already limited from an injury I had suffered in a real life situation which prevented me from being able to do a push up or even fully extend my arm.  After about 7 months of “giving it a try” I was doing push ups, pull ups as well as weighted exercises and had full range of motion that I had lost for a few years.  I was so convinced and got my whole family involved and encouraged many people to try it out over the years.  I received my CF-L1 about 4 years ago and began coaching.  About 2 years ago I got my CF-L2 and purchased the gym in 2023, the same one we have attended since 2013.  Myself and my family have been an integral part of the community of CrossFit Fullerton and we are committed to serving our members with their health and fitness goals.
