WORK OUT OF THE DAY
This class is our main program and is designed for any member. It combines the elements of cardio, gymnastics, and strength training, and is programmed on a 6-day basis (Monday-Saturday). Typical programming focuses on a weightlifting movement of the day, followed by a “metcon” (short for metabolic conditioning) to bring the heart rate up and burn some extra calories. Each class is 1 hour long.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING
This class prioritizes conditioning using short, intense intervals. Workouts in this class are programmed on a 5-day basis (Monday-Friday) and are suitable for all skill levels. HIIT workouts are programmed with a lighter standard than the WOD class and will often range from 20-30 minutes. This class focuses less on the weightlifting and gymnastic elements you may receive attending a WOD class. Each class is 1 hour long.

COMPETITION
This class is programmed for the “firebreathers” or the gym’s heavy hitters. If you’re looking to take your fitness to the next level or if you would like more volume in your workouts, this is the class for you. Comp class runs 30 minutes longer than our regular weekly classes and often contains additional weightlifting volume and high-skill gymnastic movements. Members are expected to have a solid CrossFit foundation and a good amount of experience. This class would not be recommended for members new to CrossFit.

OPEN GYM
Open gym is a blocked-out time for members to come in and do their own workout. While there is a coach on-site, there is no set programming and no class-style workout.

Unlimited Membership
Starting at $159 a month, the Unlimited Membership gives you access to any and all classes offered by CrossFit Fullerton. All classes are coach-led.
Front Line Membership
Starting at $139, The Front Line is for the men and women who serve us on the frontline. If you are a first responder (law enforcement, fire, paramedics, medical) or an educator, this membership is for you.
Drop-In
Visiting from out of town? Not ready to commit to a membership? Get a drop-in for $20!
Punch Card!
Starting at $54, a punch card will give you access to 3 classes. For $79, you can get up to 5 classes.
High Schoolers
$100 per month, high school student will get access to our coach-led classes.
Annual & 6 Month Memberships
Get a discounted rate when you sign a 6-month or 12-month membership contract.
